God has been moving in my life so much that I have lost all track of things for a while. That and I fell back into some old things that I should not have that ATE all the rest of my time. But I am back. So that everyone one knows I am hovering right around the 290 mark. When I started this all I was 337. So I am almost 47 pounds lighter than I was when I started. But I have stopped working out in the last few weeks and I have gone back to some old bad habits with FOOD. I need your help. I need to get back on this. I should be at 280 by now and I am not. I am getting tired again and I should not be. HELP ME GET BACK ON TRACK.

So we did the dunk tank this weekend at carnival of hope. I must say it was a little better than what I thought it would be. I think I was put in the water 20 times but other than that it was a blast. On Sunday Nathan stud up and talked about the challenge. It was interesting to hear my heart about what we are doing being told to the hole church. Nathan spoke about why we are doing this and what God could take out of it. It was a beautiful thing.

Then we went out to the movies and I ate chicken wings at 10 at night (STUPID). Matt will kill me for that later. I figure I walked 17 laps of the church (at least) and had a 20 pound bag on my back the whole time. I earned my chicken wings.

I have a lot more to say and not time to say it. I will write again soon.

Down 23 pounds on this competition. just under 40 pounds from where I started. It is time to take this to the next level. It is time to get more serious and just rip it up.

I want to lose the weight. I love the feeling of loose fitting clothing and belts that are TO BIG. I love feeling better and having more endurance. It is time to step it up and make things work.

Starting Monday I am changing things up a little. Every morning I will be hitting the elliptical in my basement and the punching bag for an hour. (doing it before you eat burns more fat.) 5 days a week for a month. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I will also be hitting the gym for a flat out muscle training workout.

I am cutting out (for one month) almost everything from my diet that should not be there. No coffee, tea, juice, fatty meats, breads and sugars. I want to really buckle down and see what I can do.

If I do it right I will have to buy new clothing at the end of Aug. I want to lose 4 more inches.

Its time to blow the doors off this thing!

I just got out of my first workout from the time I flew down my stairs. I am so sore and tired that I can hardly lift my arms. MAN THAT FEELS GOOD. I never thought that I would love to feel exhausted. But I do. I love it. Man am I going to feel this in the morning. But I love it.

I know I did more than I should but I could not help myself. I just get so into it when I am there. I did my first set incline crunches. I think I left my legs and stomach on the bench. (But I love it). If I can get out of bed tomorrow I will let you all know.
