Ok I have been out of it for a very long time. God has been moving in my life so much that I have lost all track of things for a while. That and I fell back into some old things that I should not have that ATE all the rest of my time. But I am back. So that everyone one knows I am hovering right around the 290 mark. When I started this all I was 337. So I am almost 47 pounds lighter than I was when I started. But I have stopped working out in the last few weeks and I have gone back to some old bad habits with FOOD. I need your help. I need to get back on this. I should be at 280 by now and I am not. I am getting tired again and I should not be. HELP ME GET BACK ON TRACK.
