Down 23 pounds on this competition. just under 40 pounds from where I started.  It is time to take this to the next level.  It is time to get more serious and just rip it up. 


I want to lose the weight.  I love the feeling of loose fitting clothing and belts that are TO BIG.  I love feeling better and having more endurance.  It is time to step it up and make things work.


Starting Monday I am changing things up a little.  Every morning I will be hitting the elliptical in my basement and the punching bag for an hour.  (doing it before you eat burns more fat.) 5 days a week for a month.  Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I will also be hitting the gym for a flat out muscle training workout. 


I am cutting out (for one month) almost everything from my diet that should not be there.  No coffee, tea, juice, fatty meats, breads and sugars.  I want to really buckle down and see what I can do. 


If I do it right I will have to buy new clothing at the end of Aug. I want to lose 4 more inches.


Its time to blow the doors off this thing!
