So I thought that I was a lot stronger than I really am. I decided to move a fridge all by my self. (Yeah I know not smart). I got it down the stairs then I pulled something in my back. Sunday I figure it is not so bad I will just go to church and get a move on. I am flying down the stairs and I slip on something. My feet went out in front of me and I caught the railing with my arm. I gave myself one nasty bruise and pulled my back really bad. So basically I have messed myself up bad enough that I am not to work out for at least a week.
Not fun I really like my workouts.
