So it is good to be working at this thing. It is good to be feeling better. It is good to know that you all love me and you are willing to stand up and hold me accountable.
I need to learn so much more to make this thing work. I need to understand how my body will react to things that I am doing.
For example… Running flat out for 35 minutes because I am stubborn and I think I can causes issues with my ability to stay standing when I get off the elliptical. Falling over is embarrassing. ;)
It is getting harder to focus on this. It is so easy to slip and forget lunch or just grab something as you go that is not all that good for you. One small slip at this point and my body wants to go right back to where it is comfortable.
